Sausage Plait

So we had some pork sausage that had been in the freezer for a while and I decided to try my hand at home made puff pastry and produced this sausage plait - I was pretty pleased with the result - this after we had eaten half of it. It went well with a nice Malbec Rosé from Argentina - never heard of a Rosé Malbec but it was very pleasant!
