a.k.a. 'Dads chilli salsa'
The recipe is a family (dad) secret but he took great delight in telling me that there are at least half a pound of regular chillies, a handful of green Thai finger chillies and 3 scotch bonnet chillies.
This is him showing me he loves me. Apparently!
