Helen's orchids.....

......mum and I enjoy going to visit mum's sister-in-law Helen, she's a keen gardener and always has something to show us, today it was her beautiful orchids. 

We also visited R who seems to be spending more time asleep at present, looking very restful and no longer agitated, thankfully.

Wednesday.....visiting day, it was sunny, windy and cool.
