Walled herb garden

This walled herb garden, attached outside a café on North Castle Street, caught my eye this morning when I was out running errands in town.

This afternoon we made preparations for the arrival of Bella, who has travelled up from London to pay us a visit. She reached the flat at 4pm, just in time for afternoon tea in the sitting room. Mummy hazelh's scones were delicious.

Then we moved into the kitchen for Catan, dinner (fish pâté, roast gammon, beetroot, haselback potatoes and beans, French fruit tarts) and another game of Catan. Mr hazelh was the lucky winner of both games.

Exercise today: walking (12,741 steps).
