Glorious lunch time walk on the beach, some weeding where I have managed to make my back niggly and a new water polo venue and time this evening. The much bigger pool and an hour later finish means we all all a bit exhausted now.

And in the mean time my mum has been travelling like a minor royal across the Atlantic. She definitely won Monday.
