Painterly

This started as an ICM photo of a scarf.  Then it went to Lunapic to apply an "art" filter to add the paint strokes.  Then I continued to farnarkle a bit to get the colors to look their best and voila!  Many thanks to Ingeborg for continuing to host Abstract Thursdays!

And thank you to everyone who visited and sprinkled stars and hearts on my blips yesterday and today! 
 
I am grateful that my brother came up with a very simple and inexpensive solution to my computer problem.  I didn't have time to get the part that I need today but I'm certain that it will work.  I'll let you know tomorrow.  In the meantime, I'm grateful to have my laptop to use.  :-)
