Tapferer Kater

Way back in the summer, Moot managed to cut his back. No idea how. After a couple of months the scab fell off and we waited to see when the hair would grow back. It never did. There was just this bald bit of skin on his back. And then a couple of weeks ago, it started to look red again. It got darker and darker until the cut opened up again and he was promptly whisked off to the vet.

The vet reckons it must have been itching and apparently it's opened up because he's scratched it open. So he got the area shaved (and I'm not blipping that because it looks horrid), a cortisone injection and a cream that has to get rubbed on twice a day. Hopefully, now it'll grow back normally.

The title means "brave Cat". Apposite as he only meowed once during the whole thing.
