In Town

It was a mad rush today. There was a swim at the Quays between 11 and 12 and then I had to be in town for Carole’s birthday meal for 1pm.

I raced down to the Quays and was in the six degree water by ten past eleven. I saw a guy who donated blood the other day who was there with his wife so we had a quick chat. I raced home for a shower and went out to catch the bus to town at ten to one. Boy, it was a rush, but I made it. The rest of the Coven had only just arrived. We had a lovely meal.

Now I’m watching the next episode of The Umbrella Academy....I love it!!
