Sidelight Through Trees

Went on an exploration today in search of something different and came across this "grove" of trees looking through to the reeds beyond. I liked the low sunlight raking over the snow indicating the undulations of the terrain.

It's interesting to see all the animal tracks showing the amount and variety of traffic that frequents the area. There are some well trodden routes that seem to be used repeatedly and so I tried following them to see where they took me.
