Checking me out

Being able to walk from home and look out over paddocks is right for me. I feel myself relax and as I take in the sights and smells. Sometimes there are sounds to go with it. These girls were wary but quiet.

What a stunning day we've had today. A beautiful day without the usual incessant nor'easterly wind. Hopefully tomorrow is the same.

I reckon this morning's spin class was the hardest I've ever done. No one other than the instructor spoke. It's good to have my fitness returning.
