Fika with Fat Tuesday Buns

Actually it's not Tuesday, far less "Fat Tuesday" (Shrove Tuesday).  These sweet buns are also known as "semlor". Whatever you call them they make a delicious "fika" or snack, filled as they are with a mix of marzipan, cream and cardamon. I baked 24 buns following this recipe, and Jan constructed the semlor, as also described in the linked recipe.
As you can see the visitors were very happy!
