A Sunny Day in Oxford

While cruising along a side street midday in the village I happened upon this wildlife scene in front of the Little mews Cat Rescue and Kittens' Foundling Home. The cottage owners have replaced the small lawn with wildflowers, unmowed grasses, a pond deep enough for their large goldfish to live through the winters. There are also water lilies, cat tails and reeds; along with butterflies and bees in summer. The big flower and pink flamingo are year round residents. Never trimmed as far as I've seen.
Now here's something a little different to see on a foggy. Cold rainy, snowy UK-Scots-type day, huh? Or even elsewhere...
Wishing everyone a grand end of the week.
