Each one a precious memory

For as long as I can remember, beach combing has  been a pleasurable way to while away a couple of hours.
My favourite spot in the UK is South Milton Sands, in the South Hams where, if you are very lucky, you may find a miniature cowrie or two.
On past days out, hunting for these little beauties brought out the competitive element amongst my friends. 
Indeed, the largest haul made you exempt from buying a round in the pub on the way home.
These prized finds sit in a small dish alongside tiny fragments of coral and small urchins, found on foreign shores, each one a precious memory
of carefree days gone by.
