Discussing fish

We do like Cranstons in Penrith, especially for fish. Here is Gordon learning how to prepare raw prawns (I don't know why he was buying raw prawns, but we appear to be eating them in some way tonight - just hope he cooks them first!). I love looking round and finding things you never see anywhere else. And it is such a pleasant place to be in. And they do excellent coffee and the best bacon sandwiches. No wonder the café is always busy.

Not the best blip to post on International Women's Day, but it has been lovely listening to Radio 3 where they have had a whole day devoted to female composers - some beautiful music that rarely gets heard. I discovered Dorothy Howell and this is her symphonic poem Lamia composed in 1919.
