A surprisingly quick and easy journey home despite the predictions of doom from my Mum, who had scared herself by watching the morning weather forecast. Once we'd unpacked and I'd done a supermarket run (and phoned Mum to reassure her), I needed some exercise so walked to the park and back. A very busy catch-up week is looming so I'm off for an early night.
