Chill out Zone

It’s been a busy day.

It started with the final coat of paint to the windowsill.

The number of things that needed to go to the recycling centre have been collecting for a long time. HtP loaded everything in his van and off we went. Once it was all distributed into the right bins we then dropped off some books to the Oxfam Book Shop.

After lunch we both worked down to the drive weeding and cutting the ivy off the trees. It’s looking much tidier.

And although the conservatory still needs the skirting board attaching we’ve put the sofa in there and a few other bits and pieces as you can see.

We then sat on it and had our first cup of tea in there. It’s wonderfully relaxing.
