Meanwhile Jack was in London and when he went to Kings Cross discovered there would be no trains to Peterborough until after 7.00pm this evening. Something about a bridge and wind. So the journey was via Cambridge and then by taxi with a nice, new "friend" who put the fare on his business expenses.
