Bittersweet

Chocolate and a little water in a bowl to be melted.  Looks like Old Man Winter is hanging around.  Made some WW friendly chocolate cupcakes (flourless) and found this in the bowl.  

Unfortunately, the Fire Department missed the vote by a slim margin so I guess it's back to the drawing board and another try next year.
