'The recovery program aims to educate, encourage, empower and enrich young women with self-worth, skills and the confidence to lead successful lives within the community, and reach their potential.The Esther Foundation presently operates 15 residential premises housing more than 70 young mothers, young women and children. The Esther Foundation Inc is a charitable, non-profit organisation that is not Government funded.'
