BLACK SHOULDERED KITE...

.... was out very late looking for dinner!

Actually spotted it through the window hovering, but by time I had the gear and outside it had headed off.... damn!

BUT, it came back and even though the light was real dull liked this one - and have a look in extra, sad thing it did not get any dinner that I noted!

Enjoy and have a look in LARGE and even though the so called experts say it is not a shot without the "eyes" - if you could see the eyes you would not see this magnificent wing/tail position - note those claws underneath.

..... deepest thought to our mates across the ditch in New Zealand (Christchurch) such a terrible action by a VERY twisted mind!
