Flower Friday: Star Hyacinth

My Editor kindly offered me this little bowl (or actually a small cup) of little star hyacinths for today's Flower Friday blip. I took the photo against the window with some faint colour from the garden providing a background.

Thanks as always to BikerBear Anni for hosting Flower Friday. Anni has prompted us to think of the bereaved in New Zealand after the awful killings so I'll dedicate this blip to them too.

We got back home safely yesterday evening after our tootle round the country - although I'm off on a train this evening towards Birmingham so as to attend the Photography Show at the NEC tomorrow. It's all go!
