I Read The News Today

Oh boy.

And I searched for things that would bring a bit of joy.  I found Cherry Blossom. Taken right next to St Paul's Cathedral.  I'll leave it up to you to decide what my fills my heart with more joy.  Oh and we got to St Paul's on the Tube.

And then we went over the Millenium Bridge to Tate Modern.  I was not in the mood for Art though so we just browsed the Gift Shop.  They have a video display that asks "Can You Name 5 Women Artists?"*

We had another excellent lunch.  And then we went shopping in Chelsea.

Extra number 1 is a Magnolia in Chelsea.  Extra number 2 is the moment I photographed a lot of cranes watching a tennis match. (Actually they'd all stopped because it was so windy and yes that is Battersea Power Station).

* Yes I can.  More than 5 but getting to 20 would be difficult.  It's the same in many fields - could I name 5 women architects?  No.  I couldn't.  Actually I'd be struggling after naming Zaha Hadid.
