After yesterday’s beautiful sunny weather we are back to the dreich, gray and sleet. Conditions I am quite "allergic" to.

A minor catastrophe struck our postie when his van lost reverse gear. After we pushed his van back to where he could drive forward he was then able to drive forward, once he could gain his "bosses" approval or wait until he could be picked up by a breakdown truck.

He could not leave his van with the mail in it, so I left him waiting for rescue. At least he had provisions with him and a warm cabin.

Today’s, Blipfoto is a detail of a quilt made by Georgina. This is probably about 3% of the complete assembly. This is a fine example of "God is in the Details". Georgina does this work as a hobby. It is a fantastic achievement.
