Early birthday boy

Another lovely day - I could get used to this. We had a morning stroll with Esme, past some impressive climbing cliffs ( thinking of you Will!). Then Esme had to go for her 5 month check and an innoculation boost - all good. I did a bit of gardening in their very lush acre.Then we went for a late and most delicious lunch at the Mussel Inn to celebrate Himself''s birthday, which is actually tomorrow. A Relaxed vibe, home crafted beers, baby friendly and delicious food. He was regaled with Marino wool socks, a greenstone pendant and some Uber exotic chox. Joe and I managed a late swim too. Perfect.
Tomorrow we're off on a road trip!
