Grateful

I'm very grateful today for such wonderful friendship, because I can't drive at the moment my friends are coming to me.

My friend Rachel took me out for Sunday lunch.  We had a good time and a good natter.  Rachel has been through her own tough times, as a fellow IBD sufferer.  It was great to see her!

My friends Gaynor and Peter then came from Bridgend, to pick me up and take me to the Cardiff Devils game.  Unbelievably kind.  We won 2-0, so I must have brought some luck.  Good to see my other friends in the block, they were surprised to see me and very happy that my recovery is going well.
