Prayers answered

Last Sunday at church, on St Patrick's Day, we finished with an Irish blessing.....

May the road rise to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine gently upon your face,
The rains fall soft upon your fields (and garden).
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of his hand.

The gardens are so parched and brown, that we earnestly prayed for that soft rain. Today, we had a day of wet low cloud or drizzle.

Beautiful, just beautiful and wet.
