Spiral

I feel as though I'm spiraling towards being sick at the moment - was there something wrong with the lunch we ate at Costa? or have I just been leaning too long at a camera and computer?   Tried some focus stacking with a little yellow flower but the result is not good, so here is a spiral instead!

This is the whip my mother always used to beat the egg whites! None of those electric whips!
