Beach day

A lovely, relaxing day spent at the Club today. A good training session then I ran into a friend for a chat while waiting for Isl to arrive. The Club is good for that - you make friends there and always nice to see who you run into. 

And a happy day to follow, but still feeling shocked and saddened about the tragedy in Christchurch yesterday. And feeling awful it was an Australian who did it for we and the Kiwis are like family. 

Isl has worked two weeks without a break so a lazy beach day was in order. Lots of relaxing, chatting, walking, picking up shells then dinner outside.
