Gothenburg

This afternoon EJ and I left Heathrow for a few days in Gothenburg. It was a cheap BA sale package and as I’ve never been to Sweden why not? EJ and I have been mates for 30yrs and try to get a trip a year in and always have a blast.
It was a simple bus ride from the airport into town and a short walk to the hotel which is in the Västrahamngatan area. After unpacking we head out for a stroll and to find dinner. It looks like there are some great shops and restaurants and we soon find Dine, which we’re drawn to by the decor,, it’s busy and the music’s good.
We order beer and burgers, and it’s great.
So glad I bought a new warmer coat, it’s 6C and a chilly breeze at times. So looking forward to seeing everything tomorrow.
