Late Hydrangea

Some of my hydrangeas still have some nice fresh colour which is nice. The cooler autumn evenings no doubt suiting them.
Just been and watched my favourite team the Highlanders play Auckland and got beaten however that is rugby.
Do you remember mjy blip from Tuesday with the monstrous amount of Monarch grubs on one plant well I shifted some but the rest stripped the plant bare and now they have crawled into the roses etc so guess I( am going to have some chrysalis in funny places. Just hope they make it through to being beautiful butterflies
