FFS...

I've been trying to get a frame for my Ma's cross stitch gift, and only found 1 place that sold one that I both liked, and would fit the piece inside a mount. I ordered it (16x12 frame with 12x10 mount) and one with the incorrect size mount arrives. I contacted the supplier and asked for a replacement mount, but they sent out a whole new frame instead, which is actually pretty cool of them. Except, it arrived today, with the same incorrect sized mount. I AM FUMING.
