Who remembers?

This quirky display is in front of a local paver company. I drive by it often and always feel a little nostalgic when I see it. Back in the day Sinclair gas stations were a common sight. At the 1964 World's Fair in New York, I saw the giant green Sinclair dinosaur and it made a lasting impression. In 1974, I saw one at Wall's Drug in South Dakota. I felt like I was seeing an old friend. It was so random to see that great green behemoth out there in the middle of nowhere, and to recognize exactly what it represented.
