I restarted my Couch to 5K, I started on week 2 as I figured I had enough fitness. For the third morning this week, I got up at 6am, put on my running gear and left the house.
Today I ran in to a strong headwind all the way out. It stole my breath, it made my eyes stream, it's icy needles stabbed right through my skin.
As I did my cool down walk, I looked to my wrist to check my stats.
Noooooo! My Fitbit was still at home on the charger! What was the point in even going for a run then!
