.... in the sunshine!
This morning "A" and I went down to the refuse dump, I was so surprised how more difficult it has become in the last few months. I used to be able to load the car with bags as long as I had help taking them up the steps to the containers. Now it's all I can do to lift even the lightest bag. When "A" left after lunch I went into the garden and attempted to rake the grass and sweep up the path and a general tidy- up, I was out for one and a half hours but I really punished myself so very annoying it times like this I know how hard things are becoming.
Still I hope to go to the pool tomorrow I mustn't stop cos' that'll spell disaster !
