Bowl

I've had a very unproductive day. I was settling down to some routine chores when the dentist rang with a cancellation and I had to rapidly get myself over to Hawick.  It was after lunctime when all that was sorted, and I never caught up. 

All this is by way of explanation of the picture which has no particular connection to today. It was just the first thing that came to mind when I realised I hadn't taken any  pictures.
