You lookin' at me?

It seems only fitting that I find a beautiful red grouse to stand and pose after having a lovely chat with Michael the Moors Man.  What a beauty of a day!

I joined in with my favourite gentle Pilates class this morning after my exertions yesterday where I catch up, generally, with the seniors from the village.  It's the funniest class there.  The people are friendly, genuine and really do say it how it is. I could wholeheartedly relate to the gentleman who said, "Is it supposed to hurt everywhere?"
