Bumble Bee

This little bee was on the wall of my front door, it was a bit cold.

Used the bike again, and spoke to my GP as my blood pressure is not settling in spite of my medication being increased twice. She suggested going back to my old dose and adding another drug in. Tomorrow we'll see what happens.

I got a new mattress today. In a box.  After much research, review reading and such like, I've gone for a Casper mattress, apparently they have very good customer service and 100 day option of sending it back, they will collect it and give you your money back, if you don't like it. What's to lose..... I reckoned after 20 years we needed a new one.
