Providing welcome colour

The pressure at work has remained relentless. At least the new admissions don't arrive until after those who are being discharged have actually left the building. Part of the stress for me is that the non clinical parts of my job encroach on the time I have available to assess the patients, decide on the treatment, and all the other clinical needs. The challenge for me is exerting a bit of control over when meetings are arranged. At least the computer worked today. It just needed the guy from IT to turn up, and the computer decided to behave. It wouldn't be that I hadn't done things right. And in fact I did nothing different this time and this time it worked.
