Off out

My hair is a foot shorter than it was.

Had a 45 minute telephone appointment first thing with MyWellbeing College. I'm now on the waiting list for counselling for depression. It was a difficult conversation... it can be hard to admit things sometimes.

In the afternoon I faced one of my nightmares and went for a hair cut.  Had a lot taken off but feel I want to go even shorter... maybe in a few weeks, I might take it in stages! The lady who cut my hair was ace. NO SMALL TALK. Yes!

Felt a bit on edge in the evening so went to one of my fave pubs in Skipton (The Narrowboat) for a couple of drinks and a nice chat with Norm. He really liked my shorter hair which made me feel happy.
