Out of the mouths of babes

Woke up feeling fairly ok but mood rapidly deteriorated. Went to Grassington with Norm and mood lifted. Came home and mood dipped. Speaks volumes.

Did a bit of "nice" shopping in Grassington - a carved wooden ornament for Mother's Day, a Harry Potter mug for my dad's birthday (which I'm going to fill with sweets) and 2 glass miniatures for myself (a llama and a peacock).

It's been another long, roller-coastery-type day.
