Wood Anemones

I first spotted these whilst cycling the other day, close to home on a verge between lane and field. Maybe they self seeded there but I suspect the whole area was wooodland once. To be fair, we do have a lot of woodland around us so we are very fortunate.

I’ve finished my ML home paper. Lol I’ll willingly admit it took me well over the allotted 2 hours. I just got so engrossed looking things up!
