Overstatement

This CD was given to me by my mum. Was a freebie I think from the Daily Mail (the newspaper that brings you a new health cure every day!).

I'm not being ungrateful...its a meditation CD ...I like stuff like this - it helps me to get to sleep at night, which is a bonus.

But talk about overstatement. How the heck is this CD (and the other 19 of its companions) going to change my life. The ONLY way it could do that was if it sprouted arms, legs and some sort of sentience that allowed it to do my ironing, clean the house and mark the coursework sat on my desk.

Otherwise, its just a CD!
