A day of ups and downs

My friends bought me a voucher for the Edinburgh Photography Walking Tour which I was at today. Quite enjoyed myself. My feet are just a little sore though.

My HP Microserver has died and HP are being incredibly difficult to deal with.

I deal with the likes of Dell all the time and work and support from them is a dream. HP have been a complete nightmare.

Tonight I called again after no response from them for 4 or 5 days and spoke to an agent who was no help. I spoke to his manager. She was no help. I then spoke to her manager and he seems to be trying. Apparently he now has to speak to my regional manager and see if they will ok the replacement part.

What a pain in the arse.
