Port nam Murrach

An early morning drive to Arisaig was followed by a walk across a headland to a secluded beach. The beach was in the tradition of the local beaches coated in silver sand. The light towards the Ardnamurchan peninsula was lovely so this is what made it onto Blip today.

In truth I have had that rare joy of having to whittle it down from the 400 or so I took today. In the afternoon we went to Camus Darach the beach famous as the one from the film Local Hero and with the sun out it was stunning. The daywas then topped off with a lovely sunset over towards Eigg.

Apologies in advance for the lack of commenting on your journals I will catch up in the next few days and if not then, when we get back at the weekend.
