Fossilized Coral

Today's blip is of fossilized coral before and after tumbling. It is a fascinating process the slow grind of rocks into polished stones.

The rock tumbler is able to achieve a wonderful result. As each different grit and polish is added what once looked like a normal rock turns into something much greater.
