Do You See Them?

Dear Diary,

My goodness did it ever pour rain yesterday!  So glad it wasn't cold enough to snow or we would be buried.  It did melt more of our snow, for which I am exceedingly glad.  I ventured out later to see if anything was growing in the little bed that has finally lost its snow cover and look what I found!  Wee sprouts bravely breaking through the soil cover.  What a joyful sight this is after our seemingly endless winter.  Happy April!
