Estuary view

What a beautiful day, blue skies and the sun out all day.  We had to stay in this morning as the repair to the car didn't quite go as planned last week and a fresh coat a paint was needed.  Once that was completed we rushed out on my favourite short walk along the coast path and back via an inland path.  We saw several birds including a pair of skylarks, a pair of stonechats, blue tits and a flock of goldfinches.
