Backlit wild flowers

The wild flowers in Foster Park have given us locals months of pleasure. It doesn't seem long ago since the sun set behind those trees, not it sets much further to the north.

Last evening I badly bruised a knuckle while shifting soil, mixing soil and compost, and shovelling it onto the garden.

Reluctantly I accepted that it wouldn't appreciate box fit. So the park it was.

Today's gratitude: For the rustle and rattle of autumn leaves in the light breeze.
