Tall Bike, a Man and his Dog

There are several amazing "tall bikes" around town.
Last Saturday Kathy told me she saw a tall bike with a dog "downstairs" and a fellow "upstairs" riding along the bike path near the river.
We were fortunate to see him and his dog on the bike again today.
What a kick to watch him, and his dog, nimbly navigate this machine through a difficult roadway intersection!
