5 mile trail
So i ran with hubby here to support then decided to do the 2.5mile once round as I know how hilly this course is.
I'm amazed how well he is doing as I started running 10 years ago. free and could no longer afford gym membership.. would keep dropping in there to do some exercise.
Not a bite until I was diagnosed last year he took up running and is faster than me and doing well, with a short episode of broken ribs on our early morning December run...I started a hashtag beat it mama on Strava and has stuck hence my tag..
